Mold tends to become an issue due to water intrusion, and this has developed into a huge issue for homeowners and property managers.  Not taking care of water in your home will encourage mold growth.  As mold spores are invisible to the naked eye, they tend to make their way through the home, and are always present in indoor and outdoor air.

It will become a nuisance as well as a possible health issue when it starts to grow.

Mold requires a food source, the right temperature, above freezing and plenty of moisture.  These conditions are all a part of your home's make up, so be diligent in checking on your home for any water intrusion.  If you do come across a mold issue, call SERVPRO of Douglas County.  We are the mold remediation experts!
